Information about the controllers and the rights of the person whose personal data is processed:
In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), we inform you that:
1. The Controller of Users personal data is Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawła II Kraków - Balice sp. z o.o. with its seat in Kpt. M. Medweckiego 1, 32-083 Balice, NIP (Tax ID): 6761336952.
2. We process the following categories of personal data: data necessary to register on the Procurement Platform, such as, for example, first name, last name, contact details, the entity on whose behalf you are registering.
3. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller on the basis of legitimate interest – Article 6 sec. 1 let. f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) for the purpose of establishing cooperation, including consideration of the offer. Our legitimate interest is to efficiently conduct procurement processes, including directing offer inquiries to registered Suppliers.
4. The recipients of your personal data will be Logintrade S.A. for the sole purpose of ensuring the execution of the Purchasing Platform tasks.
5. Your personal data is processed for the period necessary for the performance of the service(s), i.e. for the duration of our cooperation.
6. You have the right to access the content of your personal data and to rectify or erase it, restrict its processing or correct it, and the right to object to processing, as well as to data portability.
7. For matters related to data protection, you may contact the Data Protection Officer via e-mail: [adres e-mail IOD klienta].
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU GDPR.
9. The Users provide their personal data voluntarily, however its provision is a necessary condition to use the Procurement Platform.
10. Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.

I agree that Logintrade may share my personal data with the entity carrying out procurement proceedings on all procurement platforms operated by Logintrade. Other Buyers will be able to access the data through the supplier search engine.

I am interested in receiving offer inquiries from Logintrade and invitations to electronic auctions from other Logintrade customers in order to participate in procurement proceedings.
